How does it work?

All classes are hosted on Zoom. 30-minutes before class, you will receive a Zoom link to log-in to the course. Please be sure to create a Zoom account in advance. The same link will be used for each session of a multi-part course. Please note: Each link is meant to be used by the enrolled student only. Each viewer must be enrolled as a separate student, so that we may continue to bring you amazing classes. If you have a big group, contact us for a Private Class tailored specifically to your group.

Do I need any materials for the class?

Upon enrollment you will receive an email with a list of suggested materials and attachments of any handouts, if applicable. No additional materials will need to be purchased for any class unless otherwise noted in the class description.

What time zone are classes listed in?

All events are listed in US East Coast Time. If you're looking for a custom time, please contact us for a Private Class tailored specifically to your group. Also, all sessions are recorded and a link to view the recording is sent to everyone who enrolled within 24 hours after the session, regardless of attendance. The link is valid for 1 week.

What is the duration of each class?

1.5 hours (90 minutes), including 15-30 minutes Q&A time.

Are Literature & Pen sessions live or pre-recorded?

All sessions are live. You will also receive a link to view a recording of the session after the session is completed should you miss any part of it for any reason. This link is valid for 1 week.

Can I join the event if I arrive late?

Yes, the meeting room is open to late arrivals. All sessions are recorded and a link to view the recording is sent to everyone who enrolled within 24 hours after the session, regardless of attendance. The link is valid for 1 week.

What if I miss my class?

What is your refund policy?

No refunds are given; however, if you contact us 24+ hours in advance of the class, we will issue a credit for the full amount to be used towards a future class at Literature & Pen. No credits will be issued for those who are late or miss the class. All enrolled students will receive a link to a recording of their class within 24 hours after the class, regardless of attendance. The link is valid for 1 week.
